The mold specialists that came were respectful and hard working. They properly closed off the area and had it so any contaminants were blow outside. The mold was removed and the area left clean. He was really easy to work with and coordinating schedules with him was very seamless and quick. WOW! Where do I start? We had a home inspection and he came across some very unexpected 'organic matter' in our attic. We were shocked and didnt know what to do. We found JAD online and Eddie was not only quick to respond but also had someone at our home within hours. We were given the option to have tests done on what was up there or they could start the remediation, no pressure sales or anything. We decided to just remediate and Eddie had us scheduled just two days later. Ty and Shay showed up and got straight to work.....it was completed and cleaned up the next day. Eddie also provided us with a detailed description of the work they had done and pictures. Super impressed with this crew. We would reccomend and use again if we needed their services.
